Grahams Driving Academy - Refund Policy

All Gift Vouchers must be used within 12 Months from the date of purchase.

Gift Vouchers are Non Transferable

All lessons are booked with the full intention of them being delivered by your Grahams Driving Academy Instructor, however, in the unlikely event that it becomes necessary for us to cancel a lesson, we will endeavor to provide you with as much notice as possible and we will always seek to offer you an alternative time or date that is suitable for you. Should this not be possible, then upon your request, the lesson fee (if prepaid) will be refunded to you in full.

If you should need to cancel or change the date or time of a lesson, Grahams Driving Academy requires a minimum of 24 hours notice, so that we can re-book the Instructor's time. Should you be unable to keep to your booked appointment and give less than 24 hours notice, then your lesson fee will still be due for payment and it will NOT be refunded if it has been prepaid.

If you have booked an Intensive Course, Grahams Driving Academy requires 7 days notice of cancellation in order for you to receive a full refund. Should you give less than 7 days notice, but more than 3 days notice, then 50% of the fee paid will be refunded to you. In the event that you give less than 3 days notice of cancellation, then your course fee will NOT be refunded.

If upon arrival for a lesson, your Grahams Driving Academy Instructor deems that a pupil is unfit to undertake the lesson due, for example, to the effects of drugs or alcohol, then the Instructor will NOT continue with the lesson, however the pupil will be liable for the full cost of the duration of the lesson period which they had booked.

All purchases made through Grahams Driving Academy are subject to a 14-day cooling off period. Once any of the services have not been availed of during the 14 days the purchase may be cancelled and a full refund obtained. After this period there will be no refunds on payments received.
